FP&A Manager

Natasha Denona Makeup is a globally recognized beauty brand founded by internationally renowned makeup artist Natasha Denona. Known for its innovation, premium-quality products, and trend-setting creativity, the brand has become a leading name in the global beauty industry, with a strong presence across international retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships worldwide.

We are looking for a business-oriented and analytical FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making across global operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

- Build financial models to support growth initiatives and operational planning

- Analyze business performance, trends, and profitability drivers

- Optimize gross margins, OPEX, CAPEX and other metrics

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership

- Partner with departments across commercial, marketing, operations, and supply chain to support business initiatives

- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency

- Conduct variance analysis against plans and prior periods

- Support pricing analysis, inventory planning, and investment evaluations

- Assist with strategic projects, market analysis, and business cases

- Enhance reporting capabilities and improve financial processes

- Collaborate with accounting teams

- Support ERP and BI system enhancements and ongoing maintenance

- Report directly to the CFO

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, or related roles

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

- Advanced Excel skills required

- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools

- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- High attention to detail with strong business acumen

- CPA, MBA, or equivalent - an advantage

- Experience in a global company, preferably in retail, e-commerce, tech, or consumer – an advantage

- Experience working with SAP - an advantage
