Senior Backend Engineer - Voice AI Infrastructure

Most AI companies are still building demos.

At Voicenter, AI agents are already talking to real customers on real phone calls — every day.We're looking for a senior backend engineer to lead the infrastructure behind our AI Agents domain, working directly with our CTO.

This is a real-time systems challenge:

• streaming audio pipelines

• sub-second latency

• WebRTC

• telephony infrastructure

• event-driven architecture

• production reliability at scale

Stack:

TypeScript, Node.js, Mastra, Vercel AI SDK.

This is not an AI research role.

We're looking for an engineer who knows how to take LLMs and make them work inside complex production systems.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years backend experience with Node.js / TypeScript

• hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents

• strong understanding of real-time distributed systems

• ability to work from our Ramat Gan office, 5 days a week

If your experience with AI is mostly prompt engineering - this probably isn’t the role.
