Fund Operations Analyst (Tel Aviv)

We are seeking a motivated Fund Operations Analyst to join our Tel Aviv office to lead the daily operations of Viola Credit.

The role includes cash management execution along with maintaining accurate data records and partnering with banks and service providers.

In addition , you will drive process improvements, enhance data integrity and data hygiene and leverage and implement automation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio records & operational data: Own and maintain accurate books and records of cash flows and transactions, ensuring data integrity. Partner closely with Loan. Operations and Accounting to deliver reliable data that supports timely reporting and decision-making.
• process improvement & AI: Operate and enhance portfolio management systems and Excel-based tools while driving workflow improvements.
• Cash operations & reconciliations: Execute cash activities including wires, Hedging, and cash reconciliations across multiple banks and platforms.
• Service provider coordination: Collaborate with Fund Administrators, banks, trustees and legal operations teams by delivering required data and workpapers.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Management, Economics, or equivalent from a leading institution.
• 0–4 years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills – a must (reconciliations, structured outputs, attention to detail)
• Comfort with financial systems, bank portals, and operational tools – An advantage.
• A proactive, collaborative team player and fast learner with high energy.
