Project Manager & Systems Management Lead | Shefela Region

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Project Manager & Systems Management Lead for an organization in the Shefela region.

This role involves leading information systems projects with a focus on airport security systems, from initial requirements definition through full implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage information systems projects focused on airport security systems
• Lead projects end-to-end, from initial analysis and requirements definition to full setup and implementation
• Work with vendors in Israel and abroad
• Write requirements, analyze needs, and lead RFI processes
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, process support, control, acceptance testing, and coordination with technological and business stakeholders
• Ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Manage systems and ongoing maintenance processes
• Lead upgrades, expansions, and continuous system improvements
• Handle incidents and support operational systems in a 24/7 environment
• Work in a multi-interface environment using project management methodologies
• Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience writing technical documents, including tender specifications, with proven examples
• Experience in systems analysis, requirements documentation, needs assessments, and leading technological solutions
• Experience with system integration processes
• Familiarity with regulations and laws in the field of information systems, including information security, privacy, accessibility, and database registration
• Ability to work in a complex matrix environment, drive interfaces, and lead all project stakeholders, including technological and business teams
• Broad technical understanding and ability to work with development, infrastructure, networking, cyber, and external vendor teams
