Supply Chain Coordinator

Role Overview

Lead global jobbing operations for Adama products manufactured by external suppliers, with end-to-end ownership from forecasting and planning through execution and final customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end jobbing operations.
• Act as focal point for jobbers and internal departments.
• Schedule production campaigns and ETDs.
• Coordinate supply of raw materials, packaging, and labels.
• Track production and resolve operational constraints.
• Issue subcontracting POs and report production.
• Manage inventories at jobber facilities.
• Support logistics documentation.
• Approve jobber invoices and handle payment issues.
• Follow up on customer complaints.
• Monitor jobber performance and drive improvements.
  
  

• Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or planning roles within a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end operational processes, from forecasting and planning through execution and customer delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global projects with third-party manufacturers and external partners to support business continuity and production activities.
• Strong experience working in a dynamic multitasking environment, including independent management of priorities, stakeholders, and operational interfaces.
• Experience working with production planning, procurement, packaging, materials coordination, and supply continuity processes.
• Fluent in Hebrew & English.
