About the Role
As VP Growth, you will own and lead Neema’s B2B2C commercial strategy in the Israeli market, with direct influence on the company’s growth, market expansion, and long-term business success.
You will lead a multi-functional organization across Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and strategic partnerships - with full accountability for revenue growth, customer expansion, and commercial execution.
You will play a key role in shaping how Neema scales, builds partnerships, enters new opportunities, and strengthens its market leadership.
As part of Neema’s leadership team, you will work closely with company executives and cross-functional leaders to build scalable commercial infrastructure and drive sustainable business growth in a fast-evolving fintech environment.
This is a highly strategic and high-impact role for a leader who thrives in growth-stage companies, knows how to build while scaling, and wants to influence the future of a category-defining company.
This position reports directly to the GM of the IL Digital Account
What You’ll Do
Lead Commercial Growth
- Own Neema’s B2B2C growth engine and commercial performance in the Israeli market
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic business opportunities
- Translate company vision into actionable commercial strategy, KPIs, forecasting models, and execution plans
- Continuously identify new growth levers, market opportunities, and scalable business models
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and strengthen Neema’s market position
- Expand relationships with ecosystem partners and key stakeholders across relevant industries
- Help shape Neema’s long-term commercial footprint in the payments ecosystem
Scale Operations & Execution
- Build scalable sales methodologies, operational frameworks, and performance-driven processes
- Optimize funnel performance, conversion, productivity, and customer lifecycle management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to align growth initiatives with business priorities
Team Leadership
- Lead and scale a multinational, multi-functional organization across Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, agility, and excellence
- Mentor leaders and teams through a period of accelerated company growth and transformation
Stay Close to the Business
- Maintain a hands-on leadership approach and stay connected to customers, market dynamics, and key commercial opportunities
- Support critical deals, strategic accounts, and high-impact initiatives when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in growth, sales, or commercial leadership roles, including 3+ years leading commercial organizations at VP/Director/Head level
- Deep expertise in B2B sales within the Israeli market
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling commercial operations in fast-growing environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution capabilities
- Experience building scalable sales infrastructure, methodologies, and operational processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and commercial organizations in fast-growing, evolving environments while building scalable processes, structure, and execution excellence
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, workforce solutions, HR-tech, staffing, or employer-focused services
- Familiarity with operational workforces, foreign worker ecosystems, or cross-border employment industries
