Senior Frontend Developer

dig is a fast-growing Social Video Intelligence startup backed by top investors, giving brands the power to finally see and control what’s happening to them on social video.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with React to join our growing frontend team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining user-friendly web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience and will contribute to building the infrastructure that serves our customers and internal users.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement high-quality user interfaces using React.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to create intuitive, responsive, and efficient web applications.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

• Write clean, maintainable, elegant, and well-documented code in line with industry best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain our infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.

• Build internal libraries to ensure the stability and reliability of customer systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Jotai or Context API.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with React Native or other frontend frameworks/libraries.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Playwright.

• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap) or CSS-in-JS libraries.
