Systems Analyst & Data Conversion Specialist | Jerusalem | Government Organization

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Analyst & Data Conversion Specialist for a government organization in Jerusalem.

This role is part of a large-scale government project to establish a central billing and collection system based on SAP, with responsibility for leading data conversion processes and supporting the successful implementation of the new system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data conversion processes from existing systems across government ministries into the new SAP-based system
• Map business processes as part of the system implementation project
• Support and guide data cleansing processes
• Take part in implementing the system across the organization
• Work with multiple interfaces, including implementation teams, infrastructure teams, and government stakeholders
• Provide full support throughout the go-live process
• Support the organizational rollout and adoption of the new system

Requirements:

• Experience in data conversions is mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis or process mapping
• Experience with SAP, especially the FI module, or familiarity with PSCD is a significant advantage
• Financial or accounting background is an advantage
• Experience working with the public sector is an advantage
