Information Systems Manager

As the company continues its rapid global growth, we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Information Systems Manager to lead our technological ecosystem and support the next phase of operational scale and digital transformation.

This is a strategic leadership role with a strong CIO mindset, combining high-level planning with hands-on execution across infrastructure, enterprise systems, data, security, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the company’s Information Systems and IT strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Own and optimize core business systems including ERP, CRM, BI, e-commerce integrations, and operational platforms
• Drive cross-organizational digital transformation initiatives and process automation projects
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, integrations, and data governance
• Partner closely with executive leadership and department heads to identify technological opportunities and operational improvements
• Manage external vendors, technology partners, service providers, and IT budgets
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and efficiency to support global business growth
• Establish best practices, policies, and procedures across information systems and security
• Support international teams and operations across multiple regions and business functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience for at least 3 years in senior Information Systems / IT management roles
• Strong business orientation with the ability to translate operational needs into technological solutions
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, integrations, cloud-based environments, and business applications
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in global companies, consumer brands, retail, beauty, or e-commerce environments - a significant advantage
