SOC & IR Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SOC & IR Team Professional to lead and mentor a team of security analysts responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents across email, endpoint, cloud, and identity environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex incidents end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SOC analysts and act as escalation point
• Own phishing, account compromise, and cloud security incidents
• Correlate data across email, endpoint, and cloud sources
• Improve SOC processes and detections

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead a team, ideally SOC analysts, though other management experience will be considered.
• Expert-level knowledge in phishing investigations, including in-depth analysis of email headers and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Ability to independently triage and validate security alerts from cloud monitoring tools (e.g., AWS GuardDuty, Azure Defender).
• Mentorship-level expertise in securing major enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace / M365).
• Experience working directly with customers - An advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
