A unique opportunity to join a fast-paced organization in a key leadership role!
A growing financial company is looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Operation Manager to lead the organization’s technology operations, systems, vendors, and technology initiatives.
This is a broad, high-impact role for someone with a strong technological background who can combine operational ownership, cross-organizational leadership, and hands-on involvement when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company’s IT operations, systems, cloud environment, infrastructure, and external vendors
- Drive technology initiatives including automation, AI solutions, system integrations, and operational improvements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational and regulatory needs into technological solutions
- Support regulatory, audit, and ITGC-related processes within a financial environment
- Lead cross-functional technology projects and provide hands-on involvement when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization), or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems, Development, Information Systems, or Technology Project Management roles
- Strong technological foundation in infrastructure, systems, development, or cloud environments
- Experience working in financial organizations or regulated financial environments – Must
- Experience managing external IT vendors, leading technology initiatives, and working in cross-functional business environments
