Finance Manager-Industrial & Commercial Company

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for an industrial-commercial company operating in the fields of raw materials, trade, industry, logistics, and large-scale operational activity.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to senior management and leading the company’s entire financial function across multiple business activities and operational units.

The ideal candidate must come from a similar industrial-commercial environment, with strong experience managing finance in companies with complex operations, supply chains, inventory, procurement, imports, and high-volume commercial activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, reporting, and financial planning
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, banking relationships, and financial controls
• Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and business insights
• Work closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
• Build and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements

• CPA certification – mandatory
• Significant experience in senior finance leadership roles within industrial-commercial companies – mandatory
• Proven experience in companies operating in industry, trade, raw materials, manufacturing, or similar sectors
• Strong understanding of operational finance, inventory management, procurement, imports/exports, and supply chain environments
• Experience managing complex financial operations and high transaction volumes
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills
