Financial Operations Analyst

GivingTech (IsraelGives), a leading fundraising platform supporting nonprofits, is seeking a new member for our financial operations team.

We operate in a hybrid work model, combining in-office work at our Tel Aviv office with work from home during the majority of the week.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing financial transactions, and calculating sums to transfer from our international partners to our clients

• Making wire transfers, using various international systems and banks, to our Israeli financial accounts

• Uploading transaction data into our system

• Working with (and backing up) the bookkeeping department with various administrative and financial tasks.

• Distributing and administering funds to various organizations

• Preparing Excel-style reports for our clients

• Providing financial customer service, by email and by phone, to our clients

Location: Tel-Aviv (Rothschild area)

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the position of financial operations - required

• Good control of Excel - required

• Strong technological orientation

• Ability to work with computerized information systems and large databases
