We are 360UP, a branding, marketing, and strategy agency based in Tel Aviv. We build visual brand identities for the market’s leading luxury companies, and we are now looking for the beating heart that will grow and scale with us.

A quick note on our design language: we have a very specific aesthetic. Our design is premium, minimalist, clean, meticulous, and quiet. We work with the top luxury brands in the industry. ✦ Studio Manager | Senior Creative Lead

A role of impact, leadership, and business growth.

The role includes:

▪ Creative Leadership: Translating complex client briefs into sharp, high end visual strategies.

▪ Team Mentorship: Managing, inspiring, and fostering the professional growth of our studio design team.

▪ Holistic Thinking: Overseeing branding and creative processes from end to end.

▪ Studio Development: Optimizing workflows, implementing new methodologies, and partnering in the agency’s growth.

What we are looking for:

▪ Proven Experience: 4 or more years of experience in branding, a design studio, or an agency setting is required.

▪ Leadership Skills: Genuine experience managing designers, routing tasks, and leading concurrent projects.

▪ Expert Toolkit: Mastery of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, combined with AI tools as part of the creative workflow.

▪ Stellar Communication: Exceptional Hebrew and English, including client-facing presentation skills.

▪ UX UI Designer (3 or more years of experience): For those who live at the intersection of brand strategy, digital platforms, and user experience. Absolute mastery of Figma and Design Systems is essential.
