Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Conversational Voice AI

We are an early-stage startup on a mission to build advanced, real-time AI voice interfaces. We are currently running live pilots with our first customers and are looking for a highly experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the adventure. The Role

Building upon our existing robust logic, conversation flows, and prompt architectures, we need an expert to lead our backend ML architecture. Your focus will be on building low-latency, highly accurate voice-driven agents that can handle dynamic human interactions, complex routing, and real-time external tool integration.

What You Will Do

• Agentic Workflows: Design, build, and deploy framework-agnostic multi-agent systems and complex conversational routing architectures.
• Transcription & ASR Optimization: Enhance Speech-to-Text (STT) and transcription pipelines to handle dynamic environments, interruptions, and Hebrew language complexities (including dynamic gender adaptations).
• Performance & Latency: Optimize real-time voice pipelines to reduce latency and seamlessly manage natural conversational fillers.
• Tool Integration: Architect seamless connections between the AI, external APIs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Chaos Management: Implement robust guardrails, state management, and edge-case handling to prevent hallucinations and navigate off-topic user behavior.

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Agentic Expertise: Deep, practical, and hands-on experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying AI Agents and Agentic Workflows. (We are framework-agnostic – we value your architectural logic over specific library knowledge).
• Audio & Transcription: A proven track record working with transcription models, Speech-to-Text pipelines, and audio processing.
• LLM Proficiency: Strong understanding of LLM prompt architecture and state management within complex, multi-turn dialogs.
