Phoenix Financial is launching an innovative AI unit within its Data Department, a forward thinking and technology-driven team at the forefront of AI transformation. This new unit will leverage cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies to develop advanced solutions that enhance business processes, decision-making, and client experiences.

We are looking for an experienced, creative and capable Data Scientist who can take a complex business problem, analyze the data, develop a high-quality model and lead it to the production and monitoring stage.

What you’ll do?

End‑to‑end development of ML‑based data solutions: from the research phase, data source collection and mapping, EDA, feature engineering, descriptive statistics and preliminary analyses, algorithm selection, and model development and training according to ML and GenAI methodologies.
Performing fine‑tuning of LLM models, including embeddings, vector stores, and RAG architectures.
Deploying models to production in collaboration with ML Engineering, DevOps, and participating system development teams.
Monitoring model performance (model drift), identifying deviations, and retraining models when needed.
Collaborating with business stakeholders and presenting deliverables and insights
Leading initiatives to improve ML/AI methodologies and workflows within the unit and across the organization.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.
2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
Full proficiency in Python and leading ML libraries.
Full proficiency in SQL.
Hands‑on experience with GenAI and LLM technologies - a significant advantage.

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
