About the Company & The Role

We are a stable, well-established public company that maintains the agility, fast-paced culture, and close-knit environment of a small team. Following years of successful operations in the traditional financial sector, we are currently executing a dramatic strategic move: a complete technological and business transformation into the Fintech and digital arena.

To drive this evolution and build our new growth engines, we are launching a brand-new development team (Greenfield) from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first Full-Stack AI Engineer on the founding team, take full ownership of the architecture, work with cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, Agentic AI), and build tomorrow's Fintech platform from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop complex, end-to-end AI applications using Python and TypeScript/React (Next.js 14+).
• Build and deploy production-grade LLM, NLP, and Document AI pipelines (no demos, real-world systems).
• Drive advanced prompt engineering, working with structured outputs (JSON mode, function calling) and automated evaluation frameworks (Evals).
• Work with complex data and documents (including Hebrew), bridging historical financial data with our new Fintech domain.
• Provide technical leadership, take initiative, and directly influence the product and architecture from ideation to production.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven, production-grade Full-Stack experience using Python and TypeScript/React.
• AI & LLMs: Hands-on production experience with LLMs, NLP, and Document AI pipelines (not coursework or demos).
• Prompt Engineering: Strong proficiency in system prompts, evals, and structured outputs.
• Backend: Deep knowledge of Python (FastAPI, asyncio, async-safe HTTP clients like httpx/aiohttp, data processing).
• Frontend: Strong experience with Next.js 14+ (App Router, API routes, Server Components) and full ownership of frontend systems.
• Infrastructure & Architecture: Experience with REST API design, authentication, error handling, containerized environments (Docker, CI/CD), and Git.
• Language: Native Hebrew speaker (required for working closely with Hebrew financial documents and data).

Strong Bonus

• Background or domain knowledge in Fintech, Real Estate, or Legal-tech.
• Production experience with agentic systems built on LangGraph / LangChain.
• Experience building Hebrew OCR and NLP pipelines with financial data (handling RTL, mixed-script processing).
• Experience with RAG architectures—vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant), embeddings, and chunking strategies.
• Experience with the Azure stack (Container Apps, AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, Service Bus).
• Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, relational/NoSQL databases, and background jobs/worker patterns (Celery, Arq, BullMQ).

Nice-to-Have

• Frontend styling with Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
• WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for streaming AI responses.
• Monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry).
• Type-safe API contracts (Pydantic, tRPC, OpenAPI codegen).
