We’re looking for an experienced Backend leader to combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership in a fast-paced, agile and highly collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a Backend development team, providing technical guidance and professional growth to developers
Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices-based architectures
Take part in architectural and technology decisions, including frameworks, tools and best practices
Collaborate closely with Frontend teams, architects, business stakeholders and system analysts
Drive code quality, performance optimization, code reviews and engineering standards
Work in a modern engineering environment using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of Backend development experience with Java & Spring Boot in complex systems
Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
Strong experience with Microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka / ActiveMQ)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, Git and Jenkins
Solid understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
