We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Bookkeeper to take full ownership of our day-to-day financial operations. This is a role for someone who goes beyond basic data entry; we need a professional who understands the story behind the numbers and can provide the financial clarity required to support our growth.

You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping and complex cash flow across multiple accounts, acting as the bridge between our daily operations and our external strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all bookkeeping activities through to trial balance.
Monitor financial activity and manage transfers and reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
Execute supplier payments and maintain accurate liability tracking.
Prepare internal reports and interpret financial statements to provide actionable insights for management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, accountants, and banking institutions.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to our financial controls and workflows.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, specifically up to trial balance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and complex formulas are essential).
High-level professional English, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
