Full Stack Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead to join our Platform Engineering team and lead innovative, high-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead a talented development team
• Drive development of advanced GEN AI platforms
• Work with AWS Bedrock, RAG processes, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
• Lead architectural decisions and modernization of Legacy systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with Node.js & Java
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams
• Strong experience with:
• Node.js, NestJS, Java
• Kafka, Redis, Docker
• MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
• React.js / Next.js
• AWS & Azure environments
• Experience with Microservices architecture and high-scale systems

Big Advantage

• Experience migrating Legacy systems (ASP Classic)
• Experience with AI / GEN AI / RAG
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI or Agentic AI systems
• Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, OCR technologies
