Application Infrastructure Support Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring an Application Infrastructure Support Specialist !

An excellent opportunity to join an Application Infrastructure team responsible for critical core systems, working in a highly advanced, multi-user technological environment. The role includes working with Terminal Emulation systems, Linux/UNIX servers, and handling complex end-to-end troubleshooting.

What will you do?

• Provide application and operational support for Terminal Emulation systems
• Handle connectivity, performance, disconnection, and session management issues
• Monitor and analyze end-to-end incidents in critical production environments
• Manage users and permissions, and document procedures and incidents

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in application support for Terminal Emulation systems
• Experience working with Linux / UNIX and IBM i (IBMi)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, SSH, SSL/TLS protocols
• Experience with Active Directory and user management
• Strong troubleshooting skills at L2–L3 level and experience with scripting/automation
