As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a Field Marketing & ABM Manager to help turn RavenDB’s market presence into a measurable pipeline through high-impact events, field programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Field Marketing & ABM Manager to build and run programs that create awareness, engage target accounts, and generate a qualified pipeline.
This role owns the full field marketing motion, including events, executive programs, ABM plays, sales follow-up, and performance tracking. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to turn field activity into a predictable pipeline engine.
What You Will DoAs a Field Marketing & ABM Manager at RavenDB, your role is built around three key areas of ownership:
Field Programs- Own RavenDB’s field marketing calendar across priority markets, mainly the US and EMEA.
- Expand RavenDB’s field marketing mix beyond current events and conferences into new formats that create qualified engagement and pipeline.
- Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities, including conferences, hosted sessions, webinars, roundtables, executive programs, and partner-led initiatives.
- Build clear program plans with objectives, target accounts, messaging, audience strategy, outreach, meeting-setting goals, and follow-up paths.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure event messaging, demos, presentations, and booth narratives are clear, relevant, and consistent.
- Manage end-to-end execution, including vendors, sponsorship deliverables, booth experience, collateral, giveaways, travel coordination, timelines, and on-site logistics.
- Help build RavenDB’s ABM motion from the ground up, in close partnership with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Partner with Sales to define target accounts, priority segments, and account engagement goals.
- Design and test 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for strategic accounts, starting with focused plays that can later scale.
- Build creative account engagement plays, such as executive dinners, direct mail, gifting, curated field experiences, and personalized outreach.
- Own the planning, prioritization, and execution rhythm for field marketing programs.
- Work with Sales to drive lead capture, qualification, CRM hygiene, meeting tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Track performance across programs, including leads, MQLs, meetings booked, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, and ROI.
- Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and internal coordination with strong attention to detail.
- Build repeatable playbooks so field marketing becomes more scalable, measurable, and efficient over time.
You’ve turned field marketing into a focused, measurable growth channel while building the foundation for ABM motion. Success means RavenDB shows up at the right events, engages the right accounts, follows up quickly, and creates real sales opportunities.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of B2B field marketing or event marketing, preferably in SaaS, software infrastructure, or another technical B2B market.
- Proven experience owning and driving at least 8 events or field programs end-to-end, from planning through execution, follow-up, and reporting.
- Experience working closely with Sales in a sales-led or hybrid GTM motion.
- Experience with ABM, named-account programs, executive events, or 1:1 / 1:few campaigns.
- Strong operational skills: budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, CRM processes, and follow-through.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing execution, such as research, event planning, personalized outreach, reporting, or workflow automation.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with technical products and technical audiences, including developers, architects, engineering leaders, and technology executives.
- Willingness to travel for key events, typically up to 5 major events per year.
