About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented Patent Paralegal to join our paralegal team. As a patent Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property firm by assisting attorneys and clients in various IP-related matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end organization and management of IP case files;
- Maintain documents and emails;
- Monitor deadlines;
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and filed on time;
- Review and draft routine legal documents;
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders;
- Communication with client’s and foreign associates essentially by email.
Qualifications
- Two or more years experience as a Patent Paralegal;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
- Native/High level in English [Excellent written and verbal communication skills];
- Attention to detail;
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
- Prior experience with Equinox, a plus.
