Netline Communications Technologies, a leading defense tech company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead advanced RF defense system development projects.
Position Overview:
- Full project ownership from initiation through delivery — including R&D coordination, supply chain management, manufacturing, and customer delivery.
- Direct management of customer relations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparation of project documentation and oversight of planning, development, and implementation processes.
- Active participation in technical meetings and setting development directions as needed.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Systems Engineering is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing and leading complex technological projects.
- Proven experience working with defense customers — must.
- Experience with RF systems; experience in electronic warfare (EW)— an advantage.
- Experience managing customers both in Israel and internationally.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel abroad as required.
- Graduate of a technological or intelligence military unit — a significant advantage.
