We’re Hiring: Interim LLM Product Manager

We’re looking for a high-impact Interim LLM Product Manager to join a fast-moving AI environment and take ownership of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, AI, Engineering, and Business while driving real-world AI solutions in the Talent Acquisition space.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive active LLM and AI product initiatives from execution to delivery

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams

• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences

• Manage AI trade-offs including accuracy, latency, creativity, compliance, and cost

• Define evaluation frameworks and optimize model performance

• Work directly with Customer Success teams to improve product quality and user experience

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2-4 years of Product Management experience

✔ Hands-on experience with LLM / Generative AI products

✔ Strong understanding of AI product architecture and LLM ecosystems

✔ Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments

✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

✔ HRTech background — an advantage

This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI innovation, product ownership, and building impactful AI-powered experiences.
