Learning Coordinator

Waxman Group is one of Israel’s leading project management and engineering companies, supporting some of the country’s largest and most complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and implementation of cross-organizational learning processes, including analysis and creation of diverse learning solutions – traditional, digital, and gamified
• Monitoring and evaluation of training programs and learning solutions
• Ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external vendors

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 2+ years of experience as a Learning Coordinator / Learning & Development role within an organization
• Proven experience in designing and leading training and learning projects
• Experience in developing learning materials – an advantage
• Strong management and process-leading skills, ability to work independently, creative thinking, high initiative, and strong motivation

Location:

• On-site position at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” light rail station
