We are recruiting for a well-known energy company that is expanding its Information Systems team. We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Specialist who loves leading end-to-end processes, tackling complex business challenges, and working in a dynamic and meaningful environment.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end business processes, including defining business workflows and customizing the system to meet organizational needs.
- Write functional and technical specifications (FS/TS) in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Perform ongoing customization using the IMG and manage system configurations.
- Manage projects: plan, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and collaborate with multiple interfaces.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), support go-live phases, and provide ongoing support to end-users across the organization.
What are we looking for?
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation. (Think you are a great fit but have slightly less than 4 years of experience? Reach out to us, we are open to hearing from you!).
- Proven experience with core modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Deep familiarity with the SAP CRM environment and hands-on experience with Web UI.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and experience working alongside development teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of working effectively with business users.
