I’m looking for a Business / Operations Co-Founder for JunoReel - an EdTech marketplace platform that connects teachers and educational creators with students.
The platform is already built and almost ready for launch. I’m looking for someone to take ownership of the non-technical side of the business, so I can focus on the product and technology.
This includes:
• Company setup
• Accounting and finance
• Working with lawyers
• Bank account setup
• Airwallex or similar payment provider setup
• Basic legal and compliance coordination
• Business operations
• Preparing the company for launch and growth
Must have experience setting up or managing the business side of a startup.
Experience with marketplaces, SaaS, payment providers, or startup operations is a strong advantage.
Important: this is not a regular salaried role at the beginning.
I’m looking for a real partner who can join early and help build the company properly.
Compensation can be based on equity, revenue share, or another agreement we decide together.
