We are looking for a talented and data-driven Campaign Analyst to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving business insights and campaign performance.
What you’ll do?
- Build advanced audience segmentation models and generate actionable business insights
- Work extensively with databases and analyze campaign performance
- Lead continuous optimization processes to improve conversion rates (including A/B testing)
- Collaborate closely with BI teams, product teams, and business stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- 2–3 years of experience working with campaign management systems (e.g., Unica Campaign)
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with databases
- Proven experience in data analysis and deriving business insights
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) or Marketing Automation systems – advantage
- Experience working with Big Data and/or performing A/B testing – advantage
