Sourcer & Recruiter (Part-Time Contractor)

A growing HR and recruitment consulting company working with startups, technology companies, and global organizations is looking for a motivated, curious, and ambitious Sourcer & Recruiter to join the team as a part-time contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the world of recruitment and talent acquisition, learn directly from experienced HR and recruitment professionals, and work with exciting companies and candidates across Israel and globally.

The role combines sourcing, candidate communication, recruitment coordination, candidate management, and hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and additional sourcing channels
• Identify and approach relevant candidates for open positions
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with candidates and clients
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple positions and industries
• Maintain and update recruitment systems, candidate pipelines, and internal tracking documents

Requirements

• Very strong sourcing abilities
• Highly familiar with Linkedin Recruiter
• Strong motivation to grow in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of English — written and spoken
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
