Operations, Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator (3822)

We’re hiring an Operations, Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator for a growing FoodTech manufacturing startup based in the Rishon LeZion area.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with an operational mindset who enjoys variety, ownership, and getting things done. The position works closely with the Director of Operations and supports day-to-day operational, logistics, inventory, and local purchasing activities.

We are not necessarily looking for a senior manager, but rather for a strong execution-oriented profile who is comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities move quickly and no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Local purchasing of raw materials and ongoing supplier management

• Supplier sourcing and commercial negotiations

• Inventory and warehouse coordination, including stock counts and organization

• Coordination of shipments, containers, trucks, and logistics documentation

• Working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and external vendors

• Supporting operational and facility maintenance activities

• Managing contractors, maintenance schedules, and operational follow-up

• Supporting safety, compliance, and certification-related activities

• Working closely with production and multiple internal teams

• Daily work with Priority ERP and operational processes

Requirements:

• Experience in Operations / Logistics / Supply roles within a startup or small manufacturing company

• Experience with purchasing, supplier coordination, and negotiations

• Hands-on operational approach and ability to work independently

• Experience with inventory, warehouses, and logistics processes

• Priority ERP experience – mandatory

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Technical orientation and willingness to be involved in day-to-day operational work

• Good English communication skills

• Forklift license – advantage
