Software Engineering Intern - Ecosystem Engineering (Ra’anana office, Israel)

Job Summary

The Ecosystem Engineering group, a special projects team, is looking for an intern interested in trailblazing through real-world cutting edge customer solutions to join us in Ra’anana. In this role, you will contribute to a customer point of view answering requirements in multi-vendor multi-stack products and technologies. As an Intern, you’ll (also) engage with AI technologies to enhance user experience and improve end-to-end delivery . This long-term internship will give you the opportunity to gain experience in OpenShift and Cloud environments, operators, release process and data center architecture concepts.

What You Will Do

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for code generation, auto-completion, and intelligent suggestions to accelerate release cycles and enhance code quality
• Work with multiple teams in cooperation on a shared goal. Whether it’s Cloud or Microservices technology, UI, Customer experience and security.
• Contribute testing and automation through our development cycle.
  
  

What Will You Bring

• Basic experience programming in Go/C++/Python
• Familiarity with Linux based environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-learner, team player.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program in Israel during the whole duration of the internship and eligible to begin a full-time role in 2027 or 2028
• Must be available for the internship from August 2026 till July 2027
  
  

The Following Are Considered a Plus

• Knowledge of containers and OpenShift or Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Previous code contributions to or participation in open source projects or code samples on GitHub.
• Knowledge in data centers architecture
• Knowledge in Networking concepts
