SalesForce Implementer

We are looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join our team and take responsibility for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce-based systems across multiple projects. The role includes designing and building user interfaces, developing workflows and process flows, installing and maintaining system solutions, training internal users, and working closely with development and product teams while contributing to requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation of business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Salesforce solutions according to project milestones, including UI design, screen building, and workflow/process flow development
• Install, configure, and maintain the system on an ongoing basis
• Train internal users on system usage
• Collaborate with developers and product managers
• Participating actively in requirements gathering and documenting business processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Implementer
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions is a strong advantage
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation including process flow design
• Basic knowledge of Apex coding, strong learning ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
• Salesforce ADM201 certification is an advantage
• Experience with FormTitan is an advantage
