The Role
As the Global Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind our external presence and market influence. You will spearhead the integration of influencer marketing and strategic partnerships to amplify our brand's voice and deepen player loyalty. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our internal product vision and the global gaming community, ensuring our brand remains a leader in a competitive landscape.
Description
- Execute end-to-end influencer marketing and brand collaboration campaigns across diverse global markets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers, streamers, and strategic partners.
- Architect the overarching influencer marketing and brand partnership roadmap to align with company growth cycles.
- Coordinate with Product, Monetization, and Design teams to synchronize campaign launches with in-game events.
- Identify and secure high-impact partnership opportunities with emerging online communities and lifestyle brands.
- Analyze campaign performance against core KPIs to provide actionable insights and drive continuous ROI optimization.
- Oversee content quality and brand consistency across all partner channels to ensure legal and aesthetic compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a similar strategic branding role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English at a native level.
- Deep technical understanding of social media platforms, algorithm trends, and community engagement tactics.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating complex business objectives into creative marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven history of scaling brand growth through successful external collaborations.
- Direct experience working within the gaming or interactive entertainment industry - advantage.
