We are looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in leading full-cycle recruitment processes across various functions.

What you’ll do?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for HQ, service, operations, and professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, build role profiles, and provide ongoing professional guidance.
• Conduct proactive sourcing in multiple channels (LinkedIn, talent databases, social networks, and more).
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive an efficient and positive hiring experience.

What are we looking for?

• Significant recruitment experience – at least 3 years.
• Experience working in a mid-sized or large organization.
• Strong ability to manage complex processes, work across interfaces, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial industry – an advantage.
