We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead and evolve our digital products in the financial and insurance domains, with a strong focus on business impact, user experience, and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do?

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital products in the financial and insurance domains to achieve business goals
• Own the product from ideation and initiation through market and competitor research, functional specifications, and UX definition
• Work closely with development teams on product design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement
• Define, track, and optimize product KPIs and business performance
• Build and manage the product roadmap while continuously measuring success and driving value

What are we looking for?

• Strong familiarity with the financial and insurance industries
• Proven ability to analyze and deeply understand customer needs and translate them into advanced UX solutions (e.g., Design Thinking, customer journey mapping)
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered product design
• Experience managing digital products and projects, including hands-on ownership as a Product Manager, with exposure to:
• Sales systems and agent-facing processes
• Digital applications and end-to-end digital processes
• CRM systems, chatbots, automation, IVR, and HR-related systems
• Experience designing operational processes that support products, customer service, and sales
• Proven experience leading teams and working in a matrix organization
