A global technology company is looking for a Sinhala-speaking B2B Operations Representative to join its growing operations and customer engagement team.

About the Role

This role combines customer operations, onboarding, field activity, and relationship management within the Sinhala-speaking business community. The position includes working with both potential and existing customers, supporting onboarding processes, promoting payroll card solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from activation through ongoing usage.

The role is dynamic and includes both office and field work, including customer meetings, operational support activities, and airport arrival assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with business customers from the Sinhala-speaking community
• Promote and support company products and payroll card solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding and activation processes
• Support customers through their first successful transaction and ongoing usage
• Conduct field visits and assist with airport arrival activations when needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide operational and administrative support to field teams and managers
• Support customer retention and ongoing engagement activities

Requirements

• Fluent Sinhala — mandatory
• Good English communication skills — mandatory
• Valid driver’s license — mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, operational, and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to build trust and engagement
• Experience in customer service, operations, field work, or B2B environments — advantage
• Hebrew — advantage
