Senior Product Manager

PayPlus is building the next generation of commerce and payment infrastructure in Israel and Europe.

We’re looking for a sharp, product-driven Product Manager who knows how to turn messy real-world problems into scalable products used by thousands of businesses every day.

What You’ll Do

• Own products end-to-end — from idea to production
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Sales, and real merchants
• Translate operational and business pain points into scalable product solutions
• Define UX flows, permissions, reporting logic, and operational processes
• Drive roadmap execution and product delivery
• Analyze product usage, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the platform
• Help shape products across POS, Payments, Commerce, Loyalty, Shipping, AI Reports, Accounting, and Back Office systems

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong analytical and system-thinking skills
• Experience writing detailed product specifications
• Understanding of SaaS, Fintech, Payments, POS, ERP, Ecommerce, or operational systems
• Ability to work directly with technical teams and business stakeholders
• High attention to detail without losing the big picture
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English

Big Advantage If You Have

• Experience with payment systems or fintech products
• Experience with retail, POS, ecommerce, inventory, or accounting systems
• Technical background or ability to understand APIs, databases, and integrations
• Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
