Volumez is building the cloud data infrastructure layer for the AI era — powering large-scale, data-intensive workloads for enterprise customers across pharma, defense, automotive, and more.
We are seeking for a talented and motivated Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will work closely with our sales and product teams to provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and articulating how our solutions can meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product and sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions to prospective clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other technical documents.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the evaluation and decision-making process.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Linux, ETL Pipelines, Agentic AI and distributed file systems - MUST.
- Experience in diverse markets including Western countries and America.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Hybrid: 4 days from the office, 1 day from home
