Responsibilities:
- Analyze investment performance and monitor returns and risks
- Perform controls and oversight on the fund’s real estate transactions and investments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and investment committee limitations
- Build and maintain BI systems
- Support the preparation of materials for investment committees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – required
- Previous experience – required
- Affinity for real estate – required
- High level of English (reading and writing) – required
- Advanced Excel skills – required
- Understanding of real estate – significant advantage
- Knowledge of financial statements / trial balances / bookkeeping – advantage
