Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• E2E Supply Planning & Execution - Responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials and products to meet demand efficiently while minimizing costs and inventory risks
• Operational Execution & Escalation Management - Ensure timely execution of service orders and lead coordination of critical escalations to minimize customer impact and tool downtime.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination – Track, monitor, and proactively manage spare parts shipments to ensure on-time delivery and effective support of field requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Operate within a global, matrix organization, collaborating with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to drive seamless execution
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics – Monitor, analyze, and drive improvements in key Global Service Supply Planning KPIs (e.g., Availability, SDP, Inventory, MOI) using Excel and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making
• Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in supply planning or a similar planning role within a global environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
• High level of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed planning decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with BI tools to support data-driven planning and reporting
• Strong multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
• Strong operational mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach, including willingness to manage daily planning routines
