Back End Engineer

A highly successful, fast-growing Israeli Ad-Tech corporation that operates an elite, machine learning-driven platform optimized for high-frequency, autonomous Real-Time Bidding (RTB) across global advertising exchanges.

Operating as a high-throughput architecture ingests a massive data footprint of over 100 billion impressions per day, serves 50 million active daily users, and executes over two million real-time ML predictions per second a level of engineering scale matched by only a handful of tech companies globally.

Located in Tel Aviv (highly accessible via both train and light rail stations) and operates on a hybrid model with flexibility for one day of remote work.

Key Responsibilities-

• Writing exceptionally clean, robust, and highly optimized server-side production code using Python.
• Architecting decentralized microservices and managing low-latency data access layers within high-volume non-relational databases.
• Constructing and scaling autonomous AI workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and deterministic evaluation loops.
• Prototyping and deploying critical software components inside a highly scalable, distributed cloud-native environment.
• Profiling real-time transactional channels to minimize latency overhead, eliminate performance bottlenecks, and guarantee high availability.
• Technical Stack- Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microservices Architecture, AI Agents, LLM Integration, Google ADK, Langfuse, and NoSQL Databases.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional backend software development experience writing production-grade code inside highly scalable environments (Mandatory).
• Solid, hands-on programming proficiency and deep structural command utilizing Python (Mandatory).
• Proven technical experience building, deploying, and maintaining applications within a public Cloud environment, preferably GCP (Mandatory).
• Practical engineering experience working with NoSQL databases and handling non-relational data modeling (Mandatory).
• Prior career track record operating within agile startup environments or fast-paced web product companies (Mandatory).
• Structural understanding of microservices design patterns, distributed architectures, or modern AI framework tooling (such as Langfuse or LLM APIs) is a significant professional advantage.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, an analytical mindset, and the technical agility to deliver high-quality features under extreme scale conditions.
