Pre-Sale System Engineer

We are looking for a Pre-Sale System Engineer to join the Land Division at Israel Aerospace Industries ELTA Systems, providing engineering support for marketing activities, proposals, and tenders in the C-UAS domain.

The position includes:

• Leading the engineering response and technical engagement with customers

• Analyzing customer requirements and defining engineering solutions tailored to operational needs

• Writing system descriptions and technical specifications

• Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to formulate integrated technical solutions

• Leading and writing comprehensive technical responses for tenders and proposals

• Participating in technical and operational meetings with customers and providing professional responses to technical inquiries

• Working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad on technical and engineering-related topics

• Working in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility and intensive work when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field – Mandatory

• At least 10 years of experience as a System Engineer working on multidisciplinary systems – Mandatory

• Proven experience writing technical proposals and tender responses – Mandatory

• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory

• Willingness to travel abroad when required

• Experience working directly with customers – Significant advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Ability to translate customer requirements into operational and technical solutions
