Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing product team and help build scalable, high-impact web applications and intelligent systems. This role combines front-end and back-end development with a strong focus on performance, clean architecture, and user experience. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build new capabilities, improve existing systems, and contribute to the technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components across modern web applications
• Build reliable, high-performance systems and services that support product growth and scalability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
• Improve system architecture, application performance, and overall user experience
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions
• Support deployment processes and contribute to ongoing product improvements
• Work in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of technical solutions and product outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development, building scalable production-level applications
• Strong hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end technologies
• Strong experience with React (mandatory) and modern front-end development using TypeScript
• Experience with state management solutions such as React Query, Redux, or similar technologies (TanStack experience is an advantage)
• Strong back-end development experience using Python, Node.js, or Go (Python preferred)
• Experience working with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI or similar technologies
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience working with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (AWS preferred)
• Experience with messaging and queue systems such as Kafka, SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Docker, ECS, and microservices architecture
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS product environment
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean architecture, and scalable system design
• Experience developing AI-driven workflows or Agentic platforms is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with technologies such as LangGraph, Milvus, or similar AI-related technologies is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is an advantage
