Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual close processe, including accruals, analytics, and financial statement preparation of the Company.
- Oversee tax filings and support tax audits in collaboration with external accountants. Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making
- Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and reconciliations
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
- Partner with Procurement to ensure alignment with financial controls and policies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and streamline workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller in a high-tech, growth-stage company
- CPA certification from a Big 4 accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a leading institution
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite- Advantage
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- High standards of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English, written and spoken
