Job Description:
- Conduct technological sourcing for complex positions
- Build sourcing strategies for a variety of technological roles
- Work extensively with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, AI tools, and advanced sourcing platforms
- Lead professional initiatives and implement sourcing best practices
- Provide guidance and professional mentoring to sourcers within the team
- Collaborate closely with recruitment coordinators to understand business needs and align sourcing channels accordingly
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve performance
- Identify and implement innovative tools, technologies, and processes in the recruitment field
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a similar discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in technological sourcing
- Strong proficiency with advanced sourcing tools and AI-based recruitment solutions
- Experience working in a software house – significant advantage
- Experience in professional leadership / mentoring – advantage
