We are looking for a talented System Engineer to join an innovative engineering team focused on transforming proof-of-concept solutions into mass-production-ready systems.This role combines software development, instrumentation, data collection support, and algorithm optimization in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection activities, including DOEs, station bring-up, GRR, and initial data processing
• Develop and improve MP-friendly instrumentation and processes
• Convert POC algorithms into reusable, MP-ready code for on-device deployment and turnaround time reduction
• Support calibration and testing activities for small-quantity prototypes
• Participate in on-site bring-up and design of instrumentation POCs and DOEs
• Deliver high-quality software and algorithms from early-stage development to production-ready solutions
• Implement software quality initiatives and software best practices across projects
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in Python development and scripting
• Solid understanding of software development best practices
• Experience with version control systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with data collection support and first-stage data processing – Advantage
