Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Specialist

We are a leading financial services company looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialist to join our technology team and lead implementation, automation, and environment management processes in a complex financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
• Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Manage Power Platform environments and plan maintenance for development, testing, and production environments
• Perform integrations with external systems and collaborate closely with development teams and architects
• Gather requirements and define solutions with clients and business users
• Work with Data & AI teams to continuously improve organizational processes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience managing Power Platform environments
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working with clients and business users

• Experience with Dataverse and integrations using REST APIs / Webhooks
• Familiarity with Azure, Logic Apps, or Business Central
• Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, or AI solutions
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400)
