Production Manager – Maadanot Plant

The Production Manager is responsible for leading the production department while ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations. The role includes direct management of team leaders and indirect management of production employees. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, overseeing training and certification processes, monitoring workforce attendance, and driving the department toward achieving key operational KPIs such as safety, FTR, plan‑versus‑actual performance, and OEE. The position also involves leading operational excellence routines and implementing improvement projects aimed at reducing costs, meeting budget goals, and enhancing the work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience as a Production or Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience managing managers – Mandatory
• Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies – Advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
