Security Engineer / SecOps Consultant (IR & Hardening)

Role Description

We are looking for a highly technical Security Engineer / SecOps Consultant to join our cybersecurity team.

We are looking for a true hands-on security professional - someone who knows how to implement, harden, investigate, and improve real environments.

You’ll work directly inside client environments ranging from fast-growing startups to enterprise organizations, leading security implementations, architecture improvements, hardening projects, and incident response activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and harden security controls across cloud and SaaS environments

• Work hands-on with M365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, Okta, WAFs, and security tooling

• Build and improve security architectures

• Lead vulnerability remediation and defensive improvements

• Analyze logs, investigate suspicious activity, and support incident response processes

• Bridge the gap between penetration testing findings and real-world remediation

• Work closely with CISOs, DevOps, Infrastructure, and R&D teams

What We’re Looking For?

• Strong hands-on implementation experience
• Security Engineer / Security Architect mindset
• Deep understanding of cloud and SaaS hardening
• Experience with security controls, IAM, WAF, monitoring, and detection
• Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot complex environments
• Incident Response / Threat Hunting experience – Nice to Have
